Now that all known debts and liabilities have been provided for, the remaining assets of the Association have been divided among and distributed to the Members in accordance with Article II Section 4 of the Bylaws.
Property owners of record as of September 30, 2020 should be receiving a distribution check the first week of November. This check must be cashed within 180 days of issue or the distribution will be reported to the State of California as unclaimed property.
All that remains in completing the dissolution process is filing the Certificate of Dissolution with the California Secretary of State and filing final tax returns. Notification will be made as these steps are completed.
