On November 10, 2020 the Certificate of Dissolution was filed with the California Secretary of State. A copy of this certificate may be downloaded or ordered via the Secretary of State's Business Search.
On October 30, 2020 the remaining assets of the Association were divided among and distributed to the Members of record as of September 30, 2020. Distribution checks which were not cashed within 180 days of issue were reported to the State of California as unclaimed property.
